Mark’s story

Before Reliv's Fit3 program, I knew I needed to lose weight but I didn't want to sacrifice the foods I enjoyed. I also thought I was in pretty good shape already since I was fairly active in everyday life.  Within the first 30 days, I've lost nearly 6 pounds and 2 inches off my waist. My bodyfat dropped 8% and lean muscle increased by 12 pounds including adding 1/2 inch to each bicep.  The eating & exercise plan has been simple and satisfying & I'm definitely more aware of portion control.  Seeing the results and feeling how loose my pants fit is worth it!  I'm in the best shape of my life & have no limits on what I can do. 

As a retired military officer, I'm grateful for the sense of purpose and flexibility the Reliv business offers.  Within the last year, my mom passed away after an extended illness.  Thanks to our Reliv lifestyle, I was able to spend time with her and my dad.  I also actively volunteer with my church on a weekly basis; I have time and financial freedom to travel to see friends and family.  I live a life of purpose and productivity.  What may I do for you?

Chris’ story

I have enjoyed the Reliv products for years as the ideal addition to a healthy lifestyle.  It is the best insurance policy I have to make sure I’m nourishing my body with optimal nutrition.  Since I’ve always maintained a healthy lifestyle, I was curious what the Fit3 program would do for me.  Wow, was I amazed at the results in just a few short weeks.  

While I didn’t have any weight to lose, my body composition dramatically changed.  I increased my muscle mass by 6.6 pounds and decreased my body fat by 5.3%.  The biggest difference is that I dropped at least one skirt size.

My prior career as a engineer & executive was intense and stressful. I woke up every day thinking, “This can’t be my life.”  Doing the Reliv business has been one of my greatest blessings.  The income has been wonderful, however, the best rewards have come in the form of the freedom to spend time with my family, to travel and to help others do the same.
